‘It’s a Labubu Christmas’ tree lights up Rancho Santa Fe Library

by News Release

Rancho Santa Fe is already sparkling with holiday cheer! On Friday, Dec. 12, from 1 p.m.-4 p.m., the Rancho Santa Fe Library will host its beloved Holiday Tea and Tree Raffle, a festive tradition that blends community spirit, creativity, and a dash of whimsy. Guests will enjoy a cozy afternoon of tea, seasonal treats, and good company while browsing a dazzling display of decorated trees and wreaths. Each one is available to raffle, giving attendees the chance to take home a piece of holiday magic.

This year’s showstopper is a tree that’s already turning heads: “It’s a Labubu Christmas.” Decorated by spirited book group Ranchi Readers, the tree features a collection of eight unopened Labubus alongside six or seven other Labubus nestled among twinkling lights and ornaments. The playful design celebrates the quirky charm of the collectible characters while adding a unique twist to holiday décor, according to a news release.

It’s a raffle for a cause. Every ticket purchased supports the Rancho Santa Fe Library, helping fund programs, events, and resources that enrich the community year-round. Whether you’re vying for a Labubu-themed tree, a classic wreath, or simply enjoying the tea, your participation helps keep the library thriving.

The Holiday Tea and Tree Raffle has become a cherished seasonal event, bringing neighbors together to celebrate creativity and generosity. With laughter, raffles, and plenty of holiday sparkle, it’s the perfect way to kick off the season in Rancho Santa Fe.

So mark your calendars, bring your holiday spirit, and join the fun at the Rancho Santa Fe Library on Dec. 12. Who knows—you might just go home with a Labubu or two under your tree this year!
