City ‘scrambling’ to address problem it’s known about for years
Re “City mulls trash, cash options as Miramar Landfill gets full” (Oct. 27): As usual, the city of San Diego is failing to look at long-term options. Oh, what a surprise! The city of San Diego does not do long-term planning. The Miramar Landfill capacity issues have been known for years, and the city has not developed any alternatives. Instead, according to the U-T article, it is “scrambling” to come up with solutions. City business as usual.
