City’s incompetence makes it impossible for resident to meet trash deadline
Re “Deadline arrives for selection of trash bins” (Sept. 30): Last month, just a few days before this deadline, I received my first correspondence from the city, addressed to “Resident.”
In order to sign up for your selection, you need a code. The correspondence said, “Watch for the next letter with the code, or request it.” You can’t sign up without it.
No one has responded to my emailed request for the code, and I’m still waiting for the “next letter.”
