City’s inept coordination of repairs is nothing new
Re “City’s left hand doesn’t know what city’s right hand is doing” (Aug. 28): No surprise to read about San Diego wasting money in this way. This has been ongoing for years. Tear a road up, then fix it. A few months later, another department does it again. Or tear it up and wait weeks for another department to fix it.
The city has a serious problem with planning and coordination. Does anyone care?
