This article will be updated throughout the day.
Mark Hamill

Mark Hamill, who attended Hale Junior High School and James Madison High School in San Diego, came back “home” Friday for a panel for Liongate’s “The Long Walk,” the JT Mollner-penned movie based on Stephen King’s 1979 novel. It opens in September. Fun fact: In 2017, a street in Clairemont — at the corner of Castleton Drive and Mount Abernathy Avenue — was renamed “Mark Hamill Drive.” That’s the San Diego neighborhood where the “Star Wars” star lived with his family.
Jared Leto and Jeff Bridges

Stars Jared Leto and Jeff Bridges joined their co-stars and director Joachim Ronning at the “Tron: Ares” panel Friday. The film, with music by Nine Inch Nails, opens Oct. 10 in the United States. Leto is one of the film’s producers.
Gillian Anderson

Gillian Anderson is no stranger to Comic-Con, having graced many of the convention’s stages when she was the star of “The X-Files,” which ran from 1993 to 2002 for a total of 218 episodes. On Friday, Anderson joined fellow “Tron: Ares” castmates for a star-studded panel that included star and producer Jared Leto.
Timothy Olyphant

Timothy Olyphant — he of “Deadwood” fame — graced a Comic-Con stage Friday with his “Alien: Earth” co-stars, including British actor Jonathan Ajayi. The science fiction horror TV series can be seen on FX starting next month.
Tiffany Haddish

Yes, that was Tiffany Haddish spotted at the Hilton Bayfront, where she was attending a press junket for “Solar Opposites,” Hulu’s adult animated science-fiction sitcom. The show’s last season — its sixth — is set to premiere on Oct. 13.
Sam Heughan

“Outlander” fans, rejoice! The hugely popular — and swoon-worthy — star of the historical fantasy TV series spoke Friday as part of the “Outlander” panel, where stars and producers looked back at the series and gave fans a sneak peek at the upcoming eighth and final season.
Robbie Amell and the cast of “Upload”

Canadian actor Robbie Amell joined castmates for Prime Video’s “Upload,” which premieres its four-part series finale on Aug. 25. The science fiction comedy-drama series premiered on May 1, 2020, and is now ramping up for its fourth and final season.
Garrett Wareing

American actor Garrett Wareing on Friday joined fellow castmates from Liongate’s “The Long Walk.” Wareing is known for his role as Zach in “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists” and as TJ Morrison in “Manifest,” the Netflix-NBC supernatural drama series.
Michael C. Hall and Krsyten Ritter

Original “Dexter” star Michael C. Hall was spotted at Comic-Con on Friday for “Dexter: Resurrection.” Hall returns as Dexter Morgan in the sequel to “Dexter: New Blood” and “Dexter.” Krysten Ritter, who has joined the cast of “Dexter: Resurrection” as a guest star, joined Hall on the Comic-Con red carpet.
Elle Fanning

Elle Fanning joined her co-stars onstage Friday for 20th Century Fox’s “Predator: Badlands” panel. The science fiction action film, also starring Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi, is set to open Nov. 7 in the United States.
