The Del Mar Foundation held its Annual Halloween Dog Parade & Costume Competition on Oct. 26 at Powerhouse Park. The event included a parade around the park, and ribbons were awarded for best costume in the following categories: Most Original Costume, Scariest, Funniest, Best Family Costume, Cutest, Glamorous.
