Del Mar-Solana Beach Rotary hosts successful Beers, Brats & BBQ fundraiser

The Del Mar – Solana Beach Rotary Club held its Beers, Brats & BBQ fundraiser on Oct. 26, partnering with Viewpoint Brewing Company in Del Mar to host the lively community event. Over 100 people attended, enjoying an evening of good food, local craft beer, live music and a spirited live auction – all in the name of a good cause.

Attendees described the event as “a casual, fun night with beautiful venue”, perfectly capturing the community spirit that defines the Rotary Club. Funds raised will help support local service projects – including youth programs, scholarships, and community grants – as well as international humanitarian initiatives, according to a news release.

For more than 33 years, the Del Mar – Solana Beach Rotary has been dedicated to “doing good in the world”, raising over $1 million to invest back into local and global communities through service, grants, and hands-on volunteer projects. The club extends its gratitude to Viewpoint Brewing Company, sponsors, volunteers, and community members who made the event such a success, the news release stated.
