Encinitas Union School District holds fun-filled Family Picnic
Encinitas Union School District Special Education Parent Council hosted a festive Family Picnic on Sept. 14, funded in part by the City of Encinitas Community Grant Program. The event was held at Flora Vista Elementary School and included music, San Diego Gymnastics, first responders, arts, crafts, stories, food and more.
