Experience discourages use of public transit
My wife and I rode the Coaster train from Carlsbad to downtown San Diego. Hoping to take a break in the waiting room at the historic Santa Fe Depot, we were informed that the door codes for the restrooms are available only for Amtrak ticket holders. Is this how we encourage people to ride public transit? Next time, we’ll just take our car and stop at a gas station somewhere.
