Acrylic Painting Class with Carol Murphy

Rancho Santa Fe Library Book Club
Friday, Jan. 9, 1:30 p.m.Join your friends and neighbors for a lively discussion of “We Solve Murders” by Richard Osman. This meeting will be on Friday, Jan. 9.
Rancho Santa Fe Library Writers Group
Wednesday, Jan. 14, 12:30 p.m.Are you a competent, diligent, and amiable writer of fiction or narrative non-fiction? Then join us as we meet to discuss the creative process, mechanics of craft, and representation and happenings in the publishing world. We also talk about books, films and more. The next meeting will be Wednesday, Jan. 14.
Ikebana, Japanese Floral Arranging
Saturday, Jan. 31, 10:30 a.m.Come to the library and learn this unique Japanese art form. You will leave with your own special flower arrangement. All supplies are provided and advance sign-up is required. Please call the library at 858-756-2512 to reserve your spot.

Chair Yoga
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:45 a.m.
Join us for some gentle chair yoga with Silver Age Yoga. Space is limited to 25 and is on first-come first-served basis.
Meditation and Mindfulness
Wednesdays, 10 a.m.Discover simple, effective ways to reduce stress and bring balance and happiness into your life. This special program is limited to 20 participants.
American Flag Drop Off
If it’s time to retire your American Flag, please drop it off at the library. There is a drop box and your flag will be treated with respect.
Battery Drop Off at Library
The Rancho Santa Fe Library is a safe place to dispose of small batteries, including A, AA, AAA, C, lithium (with taped covered ends), cell phone and other small batteries. Do your part to stop pollution by bringing this toxic trash to the library. The drop-off program is in partnership with Universal Waste.
Seeds and Sustainability
The Rancho Santa Fe Library is a seed library too! Come by to pick up two free seed varieties that you can take home and plant.
