Padres announce spring training schedule

The Padres on Wednesday announced their spring training schedule, which includes 31 Cactus League games, an exhibition against Team Great Britain ahead of the 2026 World Baseball Classic and a prospect showcase game against the Cubs.

The spring schedule begins Feb. 20 against the Seattle Mariners at the Peoria Sports Complex, where the Padres will play 17 times. The exhibition against Team Great Britain will be held March 4 in Peoria, while the Padres prospects will travel to Sloan Park in Mesa, Ariz., on March 21 to face Cubs minor leaguers in the third annual Spring Breakout series.

Camp will break after the March 23 Cactus League finale against the Mariners at Peoria ahead of the March 26 opener at Petco Park against the Detroit Tigers.

Padres season ticket members can begin purchasing spring training tickets on Nov. 19. Email subscribers will have access Nov. 20 through 9 a.m. Nov. 21, while general public sales will begin Dec. 8.

Spring training report dates, game times and the full broadcast schedule will be announced at a later date.
