Pharmacy building construction begins in Rancho Santa Fe village
Construction is finally underway on the new and expanded home of the Rancho Santa Fe Pharmacy in the village. When completed, Rancho Santa Fe’s drugstore and spirits shop will move from one corner of El Tordo to another.
First approved by the Rancho Santa Fe Association back in 2017 the project received an extension four years ago after facing delays in the county process, compounded by the pandemic.
The larger pharmacy will be housed in a Lilian Rice-style white building featuring architectural details such as a shaded arcade and decorative tiles. There will be 12 spaces on the roof for customer parking.
