Scene: Serving Seniors’ Sunshine Gala
Serving Seniors held its Sunshine Gala on Oct. 11 at the Rancho Bernardo Inn.
The gala is the organization’s signature fundraiser. Through sponsors, attendees and other community members, the gala raised $575,000 to assist low-income and homeless older adults. More than 400 guests attended. Serving Seniors said it was a record number.
