The Vision of Children Foundation held a Holiday Wrap-Up Party at Nick & G’s restaurant in Rancho Santa Fe on Dec. 15.Co-founded by Rancho Santa Fe residents Samuel A. Hardage and Vivian Hardage, The Vision of Children Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to curing childhood blindness and vision disorders, and to improve the lives of visually impaired children and their families.
