Mindful Movement with Breath yoga class: 2:45-4:15 p.m., Ramona Community Library, 1275 Main St. The free classes led by Hank Newman focus on free breathing, in the style of Shashi Yoga. Classes are accessible to all levels and abilities. Bring a yoga mat and a large towel.

Senior Music Hour with Dana Duplan: 1:30-2:30 p.m., Always Sunny Senior Day Club, 2138 San Vicente Road, An hour of live music with local singer and guitarist Duplan.
