Tossing in a season-high 10 goals against Ramona, the Wildcats’ senior led her team to its ninth straight win and a 10-1 season record. Haugh is averaging five goals per game.

The senior defender led the way as the Nighthawks moved to 6-0 with wins over St. Augustine and Monte Vista. He collected a goal and an assist in the two games.

Girls wrestling
Roaring through the 137-pound weight class, the Stingrays standout wrapped up the upper-weight MVP of the South Bay Classic. Contreras needed only 2 minutes, 26 seconds to win the title match by fall.
